Enyaq iV

The AA Ireland Awards’ “Best Family EV car” 2023. With ŠKODA SUVs, you have become accustomed to a stylish and confident look. The all-new ENYAQ iV continues this tradition and has come up with a design that is comfortingly familiar, yet innovative and eye-catching. Its graceful proportions suggest a wealth of space inside. The newly conceived interior places even more of an emphasis on the roominess of the ENYAQ iV, including the large boot typical of a ŠKODA. The quality workmanship, along with the numerous practical storage compartments, are a guarantee of comfort. The environmentally friendly materials are the icing on the cake.

The Škoda ENYAQ IV has many highlights. Check out these three:

1. A top-class electric SUV

Rear-Wheel Or All-Wheel Drive - Rear-wheel drive is making its return to a ŠKODA, with all the attendant advantages. When you are at the wheel, the first thing you will notice is the improved traction when starting off. Other benefits are the smaller kerb-to- kerb radius (by up to 2.3 m compared to the KODIAQ) and driving with a greater sense of tranquillity.
The electric motor mounted on the rear axle can be supplemented by anotherelectric motor on the front axle. This turns the ENYAQ iV into an all-wheel drive.

Driving Modes And Adjustable - As is the custom with other SKODA models, the ENYAQ iV is available with Driving Mode Select. There will be six driving modes (Eco+, Eco, Comfort, Normal, Sport and Individual), which the driver can use to control not only the vehicle's response to the accelerator, but also the available torque, the top speed, and the intensity of the air-conditioning. ENYAQ IV with all-wheel drive offers additional Traction mode. Combined with the optional DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control), the selected driving mode will also affect the chassis settings.

2. Economically Brilliant

Choose The Battery Size That Will Suit You Best - The battery cells are incorporated into the floor. This lowers the car's centre of gravity, which is important when driving round bends and for preserving the maximum amount of space for passengers. Three battery capacities are available: 55, 62 and 82 kWh. These are the basis for the names of the different versions of the vehicle (50, 60 and 80) and determine its power and range. In order to minimise the demands placed on the batteries, we have prepared a heat pump for the ENYAQ IV to provide heat and cooling.

Charging Options - The ENYAQ IV is fitted with a combined charging system socket. A battery can be charged from sources with alternating current (AC) up to a charging output of 11 kW, or from sources with direct current (DC) up to a charging output of 135 kW. An alternative to standard charging from a power source is brake energy regeneration. This is a process where the vehicle's kinetic energy is converted into electricity, which is then stored in the high voltage battery.

3. Stylish and self-assured

Robustness And Safety First - The poised expression of the front section, with headlights looking like narrowed eyes, hints at the strengths of the ENYAQ iv. The car's robustness guarantees that you will feel confident and safe in it.

Bold Lighting - Alot of thought has gone into the car's lighting, so you can look forward not just to full LED Matrix headlights, but also to boarding pots and a unique innovation - the Crystal Face.

Head Held High -
One of the ENYAQ iV's optional features is the panoramic sunroof, which is 1 m in size when viewed from the interior. Its front part can be opened so that it is ajar. Alternatively, it can be drawn all the way back. The glass is tinted to allow sufficient light into the car while minimising heat infiltration.
