Vacancy: Customer Service Advisor – Louth Branch

Our busy Louth dealership is one of the largest in the North East and due to expansion and further future business opportunities we are restructuring our organisation, hence a new opportunity for Customer Service Advisor.

About the role: This person will be a first point of contact for our customers so we are looking for someone who is confident and efficient in working directly with customers to guide them through their requirements.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· To manage customers' experience from start to finish.

· To support customers when vehicles suffer unexpected breakdown (and the management of hire cars to support when required).

· To manage customer enquiries and to complete the sales of additional work required.

· To ensure all enquiries are answered or redirected to appropriate department.

· To control the workshop diary loading via booking processing.

· Drive outbound bookings.

· Manage relationships with leasing companies.

· To assist with company administrative duties as required.

· Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Experience:

· Customer Service: 2 year (required)
