About the role: Our Parts Advisors are a key role within our dealerships ensuring customer satisfaction in the supply of parts and accessories to both Workshop and Trade/Retail customers. The position is heavily customer service orientated and will suit an energetic and self-driven individual.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintenance of stock including processing parts, deliveries, orders and returns.
· Dealing with customers, in person, on phone and through our digital channels.
· Co-ordinate and assist with delivery of products to trade customers.
· Dealing with customer queries.
· Promote accessories sales.
· Promotion/sales/securing of orders from existing and prospective customers.
· Participation in the achievement of Group and Manufacturer financial targets.
· General warehouse duties.
· Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain safe working practices.
What are we looking for?
· Previous experience working within a Part’s Department is preferred, although those with a keen interest in the Motor industry will also be considered.
· Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
· Ability to follow established procedures.
· Results orientated – driven to achieve assigned personal and business objectives.
· Interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail is fundamental to ensure quality is consistently delivered.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent organisation skills.
· Continuous improvement mindset.
· Driver license is required.
